The Agenda

"Honest failures in agendas can be forgiven, lies never"

Courtesy of, Office of the President Elect, we have a documented first look at the chief-in-waiting agenda.

It's very general, sparse on specifics and leaves a lot of wiggle room for failures. The failures of course would be due to external 'events' that could not be foreseen.

The stated agenda is also full of outright blatant lies, many of the same ones we heard from the previous criminals in charge.

It may be a good idea to save the pages on the 'change' site. Something to refer to later on after the inauguration when the agenda morphs and the specifics come into view.

The main categories are:

Revitalizing the Economy

Ending the War in Iraq

Providing Health Care for All

Protecting America

Renewing American Global Leadership

The Agenda

President-Elect Obama and Vice President-Elect Biden have developed innovative approaches to challenge the status quo in Washington and to bring about the kind of change America needs.

The Obama Administration has a comprehensive and detailed agenda to carry out its policies. The principal priorities of the Obama Administration include: a plan to revive the economy, to fix our health care, education, and social security systems, to define a clear path to energy independence, to end the war in Iraq responsibly and finish our mission in Afghanistan, and to work with our allies to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, among many other domestic and foreign policy objectives.

The blog section does not allow comments. I wonder if that will be a 'coming soon' feature?
The comments would be interesting but also a good way to collect IP addresses and dangerous opinions of those who don't agree with the agenda and how its working out.

"Absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor" the Obama/Biden agenda will slowly be exposed.

Honest failures in agendas can be forgiven, lies never.

Update: is continuing to change. The above links are dead.

See here to get to the cached original version of the change agenda.
