Nashville's resident neocon/zionist/faux christian radio host on 99.7, Michael Delgiorno, just had an interview with Richard Hellman (appropriate name), the spokesman for Christians' Israel Public Action Campaign.
Praising ADL's work and his concern that Obama may not be the perfect friend of Israel, the conversion repeatedly turned to 'God's will' in the Holy Land. God's will being that Jews have a right to the land and Palestinians don't.
He summed up his 'beliefs' in the phrase "Holding Up a Biblical Light".
One of Hellman's objectives is the passage of H. Con. Res. 21, which says in part:
Calling on the President to determine and report to Congress on the potential ways to proceed to charge Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and other Iranian leaders with violating the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and the United Nations Charter because of their calls for the destruction of the State of Israel.
Whereas the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (commonly referred to as the `Genocide Convention') defines genocide as, among other things, the act of killing members of a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, the targeted group, and it also prohibits conspiracy to commit genocide, as well as `direct and public incitement to commit genocide';
Whereas Article 4 of the Genocide Convention provides that individuals committing any of the listed genocidal crimes shall be punished `whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals';
Hmmm......you could substitute Israeli leaders for Iranian leaders and destruction of the state of Israel with the destruction of Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and the rest of the middle east and much of the world in the above and have yourself a whole new law to consider.
Christian zionists and their media shills..... Israel first, America and world peace second.
