Annals of Liberation: Unstable Elements
Oh, and speaking of liberation, how are things going over in the newly sovereign (yet again) Iraq, under that tough new "Status of Forces Agreement" that submits American forces to Iraqi authority? Jason Ditz at Antiwar.com reports (see the original for links):
Just hours after the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) in Iraq took effect, we reported that American forces shot a civilian woman in Baghdad.
Such a shooting was expected to be a big test for the SOFA, which ostensibly was meant to prevent the US from shooting and arresting so many civilians. But the US now has an explanation, and that seems good enough for the Iraqis.
See, that woman, an employee of Biladi Television, seemed suspicious, so they screamed at her to stop. When she didn’t, they fired two warning shots into her stomach. All perfectly innocent, right?
Except of course that the woman they shot couldn’t hear… now it’s been awhile since I read the SOFA, but I don’t recall there being an exemption for shooting deaf people in the question of legal immunity for crimes against civilians.
Jason is just a-funnin' with us here, of course. There's always an exemption for American forces shooting anybody anywhere for any reason, from Waco to Waziristan. Why? Because we're the altruistic stabilizers, that's why!

Israelis do a war dance in anticipation of Gaza invasion
ALONG THE ISRAEL-GAZA STRIP BORDER — In a muddy field overlooking the smoke-blackened Gaza Strip skyline on Tuesday, young soldiers from an Israeli tank unit linked arms with euphoric civilians and joined them in the hora, a circular dance, in anticipation of a possible ground invasion of the Palestinian territory.

Sign The War Crimes Petition Already!
There is no more debate on these matters. The only people who want to continue debating these matters are war criminals who want to be let off the hook and supporters of letting war criminals off the hook.
As President, Obama will have the constitutional duty to faithfully execute our laws.
The constitutional oath of office will require President Obama to faithfully execute the office of President and preserve, protect and defend our Constitution. Our constitution also requires that our presidents "shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." The principle of the rule of law is partially based on this Faithfully Execute clause which requires our President to comply with laws, our Constitution and treaties because our Constitution established a government of laws, not of men and women.
The Geneva Convention imposes a duty to prosecute former presidents who committed war crimes.
There must be war crimes investigations, prosecutions and trials. And sentencing.

When Barack Hussein Obama takes the oath of office, he will receive more than the reins to the executive office of the U.S. government; he will inherit the rulership of empire, one that no American consciously voted for.
Now the U.S. freely interferes with nations across the globe. Through its intelligence services, its domination of the World Bank, and the military, it removes leaders, buys off other leaders, seduces critics abroad, and, using the media as it did on Iraq, wages unjust wars at will.
Part of this is a kind of global management program that claims to benefit America; part is also the abuse of great power to achieve desired ends, often the ends desired by the corporate sector.
This has led leaders to speak of democracy while supporting a train of dictators from one end of the earth to the other.
This is the system that Obama will inherit. Will he endeavor to change it, or will he try to strengthen it?

Blood-Crazed, Israeli Bastards SUCK Big-Time!
As we speak, Jew thugs calling themselves Israeli “Defense” Forces (IDF) are now invading the GAZA on the ground with tanks and armored personnel carriers so they can kill more and more Palestinians close-up after bombing and strafing them for days with the latest American fighter-bombers, Apache helicopters, predator drones — all totally impervious to any possible form of counter-attack by the Palestinian Freedom Fighters.
The 1.5 million Palestinians, forced into living in an area less than the size of 2 Washington DCs, have been starved by the Jews for 6 months now and you never heard one dam thing about that in the mainstream media, did you? Sure, the understandably angered and frustrated Palestinians have tried to get a little payback by launching some pissant rockets at the bastards — hell, you would too!A “law-abiding” American
Opus Dei, Tony Blair, Fascists and Zionists Gehlen worked for Hitler and then the CIA.
Professor Denys Turner, a theology professor at Yale, is a former member of Opus Dei which is said to be about sadomasochism and fascist mind control.
In 2006, his daughter Ruth Turner was arrested and quizzed by UK police in the UK's cash-for-honours row.
This row involved Tony Blair's Jewish friend Lord Levy.
Ruth Turner now runs Tony Blair's Faith Foundation, which is active at Yale.
"Blair’s foundation is the culmination of his life as a double agent."

Same Old Deadly Shit...But Better, Non-Fattening and with Great Abs!
This is so much hope and change that I'm gonna ... I'm gonna ... goshes, gee whizzes, I'm gonna throws up!
President-elect Barack Obama will probably tear down long-standing barriers between the U.S.’s civilian and military space programs to speed up a mission to the moon amid the prospect of a new space race with China."The lofty battlefield eyes of the military..." That is goddamned poetry, man. And galactic death is so cool!
Obama’s transition team is considering a collaboration between the Defense Department and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration because military rockets may be cheaper and ready sooner than the space agency’s planned launch vehicle, which isn’t slated to fly until 2015, according to people who’ve discussed the idea with the Obama team.
The potential change comes as Pentagon concerns are rising over China’s space ambitions because of what is perceived as an eventual threat to U.S. defense satellites, the lofty battlefield eyes of the military.

They Spit in Our Faces
This is the message Jews have conveyed to humanity from time immemorial. This is what the Jews are saying to the world. In their newspapers. In their movies. In their school curricula. They spit in our faces. They pornographize our culture. They destroy our world.
Sick snobs stuck in the poison plastic of New York Times reality glower in a stupor of sanctimonious superiority while the illegal and immoral underpinnings of their predatory wealth disintegrate. Think about all those millions of people who have been unfairly murdered in the past few years. All of sudden, people are putting the words "9/11" and "Israel" together.
Who else could it have been? American leaders wouldn't kill their own people, would they? How much money would it take? And who has that kind of money? Maybe the people who invented and control money, eh? That would be the Jews.
The great hurdle the American people have yet to surpass is realizing that the mass murder of 3,000 people in New York City in 2001 was CLEARLY an inside job, covered over by intense media blather about terrorism with not a whiff of a story that these events were planned and executed by deep-cover intelligence agencies, using robotic Blackwater-type operatives.
No one in the so-called real world recognizes this reality officially. You don’t hear this on TV. No politician dares utter a word about it.
Yet they all know. I’m not saying they all knew it was going to happen, but I am saying some of them did. And I’m saying now that ALL of them (everyone in Congress) KNOWS that elements of the Bush White House, driven by its powerful Israeli presence, engineered the whole operation as a sadistic and tragic way to further unfairly defame Arabs, by painting them (and impersonating them) as the ultimate terrorists. It’s pretty clear who all these people are, and, by the way, they’re still in power. In fact, all of the current presidential candidates except (maybe) Ron Paul are in on the scam.

What is Hamas?
Hamas Is An Israeli Front?
It's core leadership is directed by Shin Beth. It is financed by 'mysterious foreign entities'. In reality, the money comes from the American taxpayer, financing covert Intel operations through Israeli fronts in Jordan, Syria, and Iran.
Zionists live by intrigue, and directing the opposition is one of their favorite tactics. They provide a service that someone want, and that opens the door. In this instance, Hamas funded hospitals, and medical services.
Palestinians quickly accepted Hamas, and never questioned where they got the money. The un-official CIA stand is that Israel's support for Hamas is a direct attempt to divide and dilute support for a strong, secular PLO by using a competing religious alternative.
In July of 2006, the Hamas militants that kidnapped the Israeli soldier, hold a press conference in the middle of Gaza. If they were real, the Shin Beth, or Yamas (IDF undercover teams) would shoot them in a heartbeat."Make War By Way Of Deception" more - Judicial-inc
Hindsight to be taught in schools
‘Clearly, the benefits of hindsight have long been recognised, but schools have provided little or no formal teaching of the subject to date. It is to remedy this deficit that we are moving straight to an expectation that a minimum of an hour per week’s hindsight will be taught to all children aged 11 plus’ from the beginning of the next academic year.’
While the Opposition supported the new plans, the Conservatives said that the teaching of Hindsight should have been introduced much earlier. ‘Knowing what we know now, it’s obvious that hindsight should have been introduced ages ago,’ said Tory education spokesman Michael Gove. ‘I can’t believe that they have waited until now.’

Shhh...Don't Tell the Children
"We believe there would be no controversy if Mr. Warwak was talking about, let's say, the Michael Vick case and the cruelty of dog fighting," Runkle said. "I think his case shows there's a disconnect of what's considered cruel for animals considered pets versus those meant for human consumption."

Things That Go Bump in the Night
As the economy continues to crumble I am sure the crime rate will rise proportionally. Even in small towns we have our share of lawlessness. The most common offense is vandalism or property theft but over the last couple of years we have seen a number of home invasions and several murders. It seems the meth manufactures have also found it easy to apply their trade here.
I always go armed. No matter what I am doing my Glock 19 is always by my side. Most threats come when we least expect and a good sidearm can mean the difference between life and death. Inside the trailer my first line of defense is a Remington 870 loaded with 00 buck.
Having your valuables hidden maybe your best defense against theft. I am not going to tell you where or how I have concealed my treasures, for obvious reasons; but surface it to say if I were to die it is unlikely anyone would ever find what I have hidden.
What Samuel Sutter Thinks
Thing is, Samuel Sutter wasn't there--with "a person" I know very well--who lived in LA, where "ordinary" citizens can't get "permits"--but who defied the law and saved his family from multiple assailants--simply by producing his "illegally"-carried handgun and causing them to retreat without his having to fire a shot.
Does carrying a gun illegally make you a danger to the public?Bristol District Attorney Samuel Sutter thinks it does... [More]
He was no danger to the public. The people he scared off were.
My same "friend" had earlier taken to carrying a gun--"illegally," and knowing and resenting like hell being forced to make a choice that involved risk of punishment and being treated like a criminal from those whose only legitimate function is "to secure the blessings of Liberty." He did so on advice from two police officers who were responding to a death threat against him--officers who let him know they couldn't protect him, they couldn't respond to an attack until after-the fact.
Samuel Sutter is, in essence, a state-sponsored terrorist. Samuel Sutter can go to hell.

President-Elect Obama, You Must NOT Be Silent!
Being a perplexed, tireless, and to reiterate, godless observer of our human condition, I've long believed my species, the human species, has gone terribly awry. Unending war, genocides, needless starvation and disease, rapes of women and children, human slavery, abuse of animals, unfettered greed, and seemingly endless but preventable atrocities painfully validate my supposition. Some believers in a god may say that this is god's plan. But since I'm godless, I see it more as misguided human folly (there I go judging again) predicated on discriminatory racial and/or theological prejudices presuming that one's race is superior to another, one's god is superior to another, one's religion is superior to another, and one's justice is more just than another. Regrettably, rather than using our aggregate knowledge acquired through the millennia to improve our human-kind, replenish our planet, enhance our health, and expand our love, those believers to whom we've granted governance have moved us steadily toward our decline. Yet again, there are those who may call this god's plan.
This leads me to my most current perplexing and all encompassing grief as I watch the overwhelming military destruction of Palestine and the killing of a hundred times more Palestinians than Israelis. First off, I don't care at all about derivations like Christians, Muslims and Jews. I don't care at all about dedicated boundaries. I don't care at all about the Bible, the Koran and the Torah. I ONLY care about the children and the innocent lives tossed to the rubble because our species has failed to rise to its potential. All that is different today from a thousand years ago is that bows have morphed to rockets and arrows have morphed to bombs. Warmongers may have fashioned more efficient ways to kill, but they have maintained their inefficient hearts and minds. All war is failure. And as difficult as this will be for architects of war to accept, war is not an art. Art builds and invigorates. War destroys and incinerates. By any measure of logic, the two are incompatible.
