The Strategy of Tension

Operation Gladio never ended. It just moved around, changed names and adjusted motives and techniques.

In light of the recent Gladio style mass shootings, here's a short background.

Operation Gladio is undisputed historical fact. Gladio was part of a post-World War II program set up by the CIA and NATO supposedly to thwart future Soviet/communist invasions or influence in Italy and Western Europe. In fact, it became a state-sponsored right-wing terrorist network, involved in false flag operations and the subversion of democracy.

The existence of Gladio was confirmed and admitted by the Italian government in 1990, after a judge, Felice Casson, discovered the network in the course of his investigations into right-wing terrorism. Italian prime minister Giulio Andreotti admitted Gladio’s existence but tried to minimize its significance.

The main function of the Gladio-style groups, in the absence of Soviet invasion, seems to have been to discredit left-wing groups and politicians through the use of “the strategy of tension,” including false-flag terrorism. The strategy of tension is a concept for control and manipulation of public opinion through the use of fear, propaganda, agents provacateurs, terrorism, etc. The aim was to instill fear into the populace while framing communist and left-wing political opponents for terrorist atrocities. more

'You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force ... the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security."
Perhaps it's just a coincidence. But the U.S. elite's history of directing and fomenting terrorist attacks against friendly populations is so extensive -- indeed, so ingrained and accepted -- that it calls into question the origin of every terrorist act that roils the world. With each fresh atrocity, we're forced to ask: Was it the work of "genuine" terrorists or a "black op" by intelligence agencies -- or both?

While not infallible, the ancient Latin question is still the best guide to penetrating the bloody murk of modern terrorism: Cui bono? Who benefits? Whose powers and policies are enhanced by the attack? For it is indisputable that the "strategy of tension" means power and profit for those who claim to possess the key to "security." And from the halls of the Kremlin to the banks of the Potomac, this cynical strategy is the ruling ideology of our times. more

The swiftness with which the fear of Communism has since been transmuted following the end of the Cold War into a fear of Islamic terrorism, along with the arrival of the whole security-military- industrial-complex paraphernalia of the ‘War on Terror’ illustrates that this is almost a modus operandi of military planners. It’s as if they can’t help themselves. In light of this information, there is now a vast army of people around the world who reject the official government narrative of what happened on 9/11 and suspect there may have been US government complicity in the attacks. Opponents cry out that such a thing is unthinkable and that ‘they’ would never do such a thing. But as Ganser’s meticulously footnoted history of the Gladio armies makes clear: it may be unthinkable but it certainly isn’t unprecedented. more

One of the propaganda hooks going around is that the Connecticut school shooting is a "Black Swan" event. Who could ever have predicted it? Those aware of history maybe?

It was odd that right before the latest shooting there was an old story being promoted on how military doctors tested the effects of nerve gas, LSD and other drugs on 5,000 U.S. soldiers to gauge the effects on their brain and behavior.  These experiments were not just for chemical warfare but for mind control purposes which we have to guess is still going on to this day, much refined and tested as only an unlimited supply of money can do.

The Strategy of Tension today often depends on patsies...mind controlled to one extent or another, unknowing, through drugs, suggestion, possibly microwave or some sort of electromagnetic manipulation...always there's the element of ignorance or just downright stupidity. Ask the FBI. They find them and use them all the time in their fake domestic 'war on terror.'

Under the provisions of the National Security Act of 1947, the CIA was established. One of the main areas investigated by the CIA was mind control. The behavior control program was motivated by Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques. The CIA originated its first program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD. MKULTRA officially began in 1953. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming investigations, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of any MKULTRA records.
The Senate Intelligence Committee did find some records during its investigation in 1976. Senator Frank Church, who led the congressional investigations of the CIA's unlawful actions, said that the agency was "a rogue elephant" operating above the law as it plotted assassinations, illegally spied on thousands of Americans, and even drugged citizens in its effort to develop new weapons for its covert arsenal. In 1977, through a Freedom of Information Act request, 16,000 pages of mind control documents were found as part of the Agency's financial history.

MKULTRA grew into a mammoth undertaking. The nature of the research included these specific problems.
Can we create by post-H (hypnotic) control an action contrary to an individual's basic moral principles?
Can we "alter" a person's personality? Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions?
Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour by post-H control have him crash an airplane?
Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs?
The focal point of MKULTRA was the use of humans as unwitting subjects [without their knowledge or consent]. The CIA sponsored numerous experiments of this kind. Regardless of a report by the CIA's Inspector General in 1963 recommending the termination of testing on unwitting subjects, future CIA Director Richard Helms continued to advocate covert testing on the grounds that "we are less capable of staying up with the Soviet advances in this field." On the subject of moral issues, Helms commented, "we have no answer to the moral issue."
In the second half of the 20th century, mind control projects resulted in extensive political abuse of psychiatry. Many thousands were subjected to unethical mind control experiments by leading psychiatrists and medical schools. Mind control experimentation was not only tolerated by medical professionals, but published in psychiatric and medical journals. Dr. William Sweet participated in both brain electrode implant experiments and the injection of uranium into medical patients at Harvard University. Army doctors were involved in LSD testing at least until the late 1970's. Subjects of LSD experiments included children as young as five years old, and brain electrodes were implanted in children as young as 11 years of age. more

Killing first graders to further the 'strategy of tension' seems plausible to me. It has a history and many years of refinement behind it. Even if this time wasn't a false flag, it doesn't mean the next one won't be.

  1. You are a real investigative journalist Kenny. You do all of us seeking the truth proud.

  2. Good posting! There is so much more to mass shootings than one supposedly deranged psycho on behavioral drugs. CIA behavioral "research" was/is extensive at schools of higher education, including using children --one being MIT. The apparent purpose of alleged expert psychiatrists is not to restore behavioral balance, but to ensure derangement and control! Such happened in Oregon years ago to school shooter/killer and parent killer Kip Kinkel. Under psychiatric care and hearing voices telling him to kill. Quite believable now!

    1. Hi Everybody,

Good job, Kenny on the Gladio business. Many Italians investigating (including a judge or two) were killed for nosing around. Glad the truth is out.

Regarding the Kinkel shooting: Now Kinkel's serving a 110-year sentence. He did say he heard voices - and that he had "no choice." He was so agonized - the Frontline film, "Killer at Thurston High" details the events of his life and none of it makes sense as to why he would flip out, other than that he had been on anti-depressants, felt better, and then the parents decided to discontinue the drugs (if memory serves).

By the way, here's a from-the-trenches article detailing many inconsistencies in this Sandy Hook massacre. A commenter then asked a good question - how do we even know that anyone was killed? There is no evidence that the whole event was anything other than a psyop.

p.s. Kenny, have you heard of a "holonet" - descends on sites that no longer allow trolls in. Discussed on

    2. Kinkel's behavior would have been labeled schizophrenic, especially about the voices in his head which told him he wanted to kill his mother, his father, then the students at his school. One of his victims tackled him while he was still shooting. When interviewed, Kip said he wished someone could stop the voices in his head. That is when it appeared that he either had receptor implants or was getting direct ELF waves into his brain. That is why this teenager could have been the problematic son to his parents. (Kip collected weapons and kept demanding a gun from his parents, which they gave to him just to shut him up.)His behavior could not have been controlled by drugs. He flipped out because he was being mentally attacked from an outside tormentor. The point is that it isn't necessarily drugs that cause violent behavior in a person. Why is anyone chosen to be a victim by the perps? Over the years there have been many seemingly normal people freak out. Mind control methods are an advanced technology and are being used for just the purposes as we are seeing every day now. Anyone can be susceptible due to the proliferation of ELF transmitters.

    3. Dear anon 9:28 - what you say about Kinkel and mind control makes a great deal of sense to me.

    4. Some more info you may be interested in.

Sandy Hook Research ..... Teachers listed as Victims NOT on School Website as Faculty. Screen shots/proof- Cameras are IN Newtown Schools

Supposedly a promotion map from Dark Knight Rises with strike zone 1 Sandy Hook.

    5. A little clarification on why some teachers were not listed on the school website. 2 were aids and one a substitute, I think.

      Tim also sees black ops...

    6. Off topic but...

  3. Must watch:

Toronto's Conspiracy Cafe reviews the police audio from the Sandy Hook school shooting. We hear the word drill. We are told of TWO persons fleeing the scene. We hear a close encounter with same. We hear a man in custody. We hear about other weapons. A window is found smashed at the point of entry contradicting the story the shooter was let in.

Whenever they pull these types of events, they seem to always have some sort of parallel drill going and then introduce a live shooter. Or sometimes they fake it all together. Either way, it's clear it's staged. I want to find out who actually died, if anyone.

    1. I agree, John. How do we know anyone actually died? Where are the bodies being carried out? Where are the shell casings?

And Ryan's story about his brother being "autistic or as having Asberger's" does not make sense. He as his brother ought to know which end of the spectrum Adam was on - the two disorders are like night and day. He also said Adam has a personality disorder. Big fucking deal - PDs are a dime a dozen and don't lead people to shoot. (Unless he had the newly created for the DSM V pd of psychopathy.) This whole story smells fishy.

    2. I can't go along with fake victims in this case. Too small a town. They can't even get the coverup straight. Many confusing reports, some probably planted, some real. It will end up as things like a second or multiple shooters and guns inside or outside were in the 'fog of war' so to speak.

Dianne Feinstein on a Sunday bobble head show says she will make a priority for semi-automatic 'assault' guns and high capacity magazine ban. First step. Even Rupert Murdoch calls for bans of 'automatic' weapons in a misdirection narrative. The little 9/11 girl from Tucson story is even making the rounds.

Watch for who is most vocal in this. They are worried that their agenda is not moving fast enough. Also look for a followup shooting to reinforce more totalitarian measures.

    3. Okay, here's an example of something odd: This father (Robbie Parker) of a supposed 6-year-old victim (Emilie Parker) sounds suspiciously composed, articulate, and magnanimous. Little Emily - 3 months into first grade, already knew how to read and write well enough to teach her 4-year-old sister to read and leave anyone troubled around her little notes and drawings. She also spoke Portuguese (an almost incomprehensibly difficult latin-based language, much more difficult than spanish, italian, or french) to her father - their last conversation was in Portuguese, according to this article in the NYTimes:

Robbie Parker gives an emotional remembrance of his 6-year-old daughter, Emilie.

Gulping air to steady his grief, Robbie Parker stood in front of television cameras on Saturday evening to deliver an emotional remembrance of his 6-year-old daughter, Emilie, who was among those killed in the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Describing himself as blessed to be her father, Mr. Parker, 30, said Emilie could “light up a room” and was a source of strength for him, his wife and her two younger sisters.

“My daughter Emilie would be one of the first ones to be standing and giving her love and support to all those victims, because that’s the type of person that she is,” he said. “Not because of any parenting my wife and I have done. But because those were the gifts that were given to her by her heavenly father.”

He said Emilie was quick to console the grieving, always in possession of markers and paper with which to draw up a get-well card. One of these she placed in her grandfather’s casket after he died several months ago. The oldest of three, she helped teach her sisters to read and make crafts, he said, and was almost like a third parent to them.

“They looked to her for comfort,” he said.

The family had been in Newtown only a short time. Eight months ago, Mr. Parker, his wife, Alyssa, and their daughters moved from Ogden, Utah, so that he could take a job as a physician assistant in the neonatal care unit at Danbury Hospital, he said.

Mr. Parker said he did not regret the move, nor was he mad at the shooter, whom he described as acting under the free will that God gave him. He said that he and his family would in turn use their own free will and use the tragedy to help others.

“Let us not turn this into something that defines us, but something that allows us to be more companionate,” he said.

He thanked his friends for setting up a tribute page and memorial fund for his daughter on Facebook.

And though clearly overcome with his own emotions, he offered his condolences to all the families affected by the tragedy, saying his family’s hearts and prayers went out to them.

      Then he went further.

“This includes the family of the shooter,” he said. “I can’t imagine how hard this experience must be for you. And I want you to know that our family and our love and our support goes out to you as well.”

The last conversation Mr. Parker had with his daughter was in Portuguese, he said, a language they had been learning together.

“She told me good morning,” he said. “She asked how I was doing. She told me she loved me.”

“I gave her a kiss,” he said, “and I was out the door.”

    4. Here's the Parker video.

    5. Parker and family are conveniently new to the area - so no one could claim he's an imposter. Maybe he's genuine, but I'd like to see a little fact-checking nonetheless.

Also, check this article from the NYTimes:

On the second page is this paragraph:

"He said that parents had identified their children from photographs to spare them from seeing the gruesome results of the rampage. He said that 4 doctors and 10 technicians had done the autopsies and that he had personally performed seven, all on first-graders."

How does showing parents pictures of their children's mutilated bodies "spare them from seeing the gruesome results of the rampage"? And what parent wouldn't want to go in person to see their dead child's body?

Oh well, perhaps the children were killed. Perhaps they were kidnapped and only the adults who got in the way of rampaging kidnappers were killed. No witnesses, so I don't see why the school superintendent has such a clear idea of what happened. Correction: there is one woman who was a witness and was wounded, but no one is naming or quoting her. Perhaps she is too injured to speak.

Supposedly the families are collecting their children's bodies...We'll see if those bodies are actually collected. My guess is closed coffin funerals are in the offing.

Another thing that bothers me - 2 classrooms and only 20 kids? that's not a teacher-student ratio in any public school I know of.

    6. Yes, I don't think it's standard operating procedure to identify victims from photographs. It also would be unheard of of all the families had closed coffin services especially after the bodies were prepped. And for them to never see the bodies at all? I can't imagine that. Anyway, lots of things to keep an eye on.

    7. What would be the purpose behind "fake victims" when real victims are so much easier, available and cheaper to make? Doesn't make any sense.

    8. Exactly Anon@3:08, it makes no sense. Friend comes from the Fetzer school of disinfo though so its no surprise he went there with it.

    9. " Little Emily - 3 months into first grade, already knew how to read and write well enough to teach her 4-year-old sister to read..."

I was a self taught reader and was reading out of the TV Guide aloud to my adult cousin when I was 3. This is not far fetched - it's called "giftedness".

    10. Good on you, Andie. It's highly improbable though. I still think, watching him simper on the vid that Kenny posted, that this guy is not even a father. NO ONE 1 day after their child was viciously murdered sounds like this!

Now watch this very short clip showing "daddy" Parker. Watch him laughing on set right after the cameras are rolling but before he's supposed to be giving his speech:

And you TELL ME you think he just lost his beloved (and gifted) precious little daughter the day before. If you think that, then I think you're a troll.

    11. "If you think that, then I think you're a troll."

People have a right to disagree with you. You may be a troll, for all we know. I don't like jumping to conclusions on things I'm no expert on. So we're going to have a discussion about this, whether you like it or not.

There are, believe it or not, people who smile when they feel awkward. I lived in Asia for a number of years and have seen photos of rescue workers (in Thailand) posing in front of dismembered corpses and grinning (these pictures were posted at a temple that collected money for emergency services and accident victims). So this can be cultural.

This thread goes over people who are either socially awkward or suffering from self-consciousness that causes them to smile or laugh at moments when most of us would look stone cold sober or sad. One guy even talks of smiling when told his relative had suicided:

So you can call me a troll if you want. Your POV is not conclusive of anything.

    12. Sure, right, Andi. This "self-conscious" daddy can switch from carefree laughter to grief-striken speech with intermittent tears. If you believe that, I think you're ill-equipped to judge much of anything. Even if you have lived in Asia for all your adult life and learned to read when you were 2 years of age.

      Heheheheheheh. You made my day.

    13. "can switch from carefree laughter to grief-striken speech with intermittent tears."

I wouldn't call it "carefree" - it could possibly be a case of nerves.

"I think you're ill-equipped to judge much of anything." The same can be said of your armchair diagnosis - based on what? - that's worth about as much as anyone else's two cents.

You want to push the "VicSims" fake victims agenda without looking at why someone might laugh inappropriately. Did you even go to the link that was posted?

Here is some additional info on body language. Facial expressions are not dead giveaways to a person's inner state - quote:

"The face is a poor place to start reading body language. By the time most of us are adult, we’ve learned to mask our true feelings -- at least as they show up in our face – because we have to get along at work, at home, and in social settings. So we pretend to be interested, we pretend to smile, we assume a bland expression when we’re actually peeved, and so on..."

It goes on to say that we're best able to read people that we know well, and least people that we don't know. And if you really want to see hidden intent, that training in reading what are known as microexpressions (duration of a fraction of a second) is essential.

I don't buy fake victims simply because there is no logic there. One reason to have a fake victim is to get REAL insurance money, or some major payoff, and you're asking us to believe that the entire town of 27,000 is in on some conspiracy.

There is some pretty obvious evidence of a setup, namely more than one shooter spotted, and the main weapon involved found in a car trunk, away from Lanza. That's all the convincing I need.

If this guy has some sort of Govt or military connections, then I think it's worth a second look. Till then, you don't have a story there.

As for your other statement: "2 classrooms and only 20 kids? that's not a teacher-student ratio in any public school I know of."

Newton, CT has a median income of 110K, give or take. It wouldn't be any public school that you know of, unless you came from a tony area. And yes, they can afford a such a student/teacher ratio. I grew up in Fairfield county - it's chock full of wealthy enclaves and prep schools.

    14. You have failed to convince me, Andi. But I do see that you tried very hard. You get points for that.

Perhaps this Robbie character is a special 1/2 of 1% who has this odd personality trait more common in Asia. Look at this photo - looks like his entire family has it!

I see a lot of macro-expressions that don't match those of grieving families. Perhaps they really did lose their daughter/sister/niece just days prior to this photo. Perhaps they are psychopaths. I don't know. I do know that there are no photos of the bodies, no crime-scene photos, no open casket funerals (yet) that I've seen. I don't see why I'm supposed to believe this story. Perhaps children really are missing - supposedly a sheriff has been "assigned" to every grieving family. That's 60 sheriffs needed for round-the-clock guarding, by the way. Maybe rich communities also have an extremely high ratio of sheriffs to citizens, in addition to their tony schools. Perhaps the kids were all kidnapped.

You don't know what happened. I think it's important to ask questions. I'm suspicious of anyone who discards hypotheses out of hand, esp. based on the kinds of arguments you've been making.

    15. I'm not trying to convince you of anything since your main occupation here is pushing the VicSims line.

      "You don't know what happened."
And you do? Were you there?

"I think it's important to ask questions."
NO KIDDING! And discussions are important too, and POV's from people who know more than you or I should not be dismissed out of hand, as you tend to do. It's really hilarious that you accuse me of that.

"there are no photos of the bodies, no crime-scene photos, no open casket funerals (yet) that I've seen."

So what? There were none of the Kennedy assassination available right away either. Do you realize that this crime is still under investigation? And as long as it is, certain things don't get released?

When my mom died, we had her cremated. The service was 2 weeks later. No conspiracy. Just a cheap funeral.

"supposedly a sheriff has been "assigned" to every grieving family."

Citation? Or are you just pulling this out of your keister?

    16. My keister is not that big! Check your keister for your head!

"The family of each victim was assigned a Trooper or Officer to establish and maintain an open line of communication. This was put into place so families of the victims can have immediate contact related to any questions they may have and to also provide State Police investigators the ability to communicate with families without delay."

    17. ""The family of each victim was assigned a Trooper or Officer"

So you're going to extrapolate that to mean that each family got it's own "personal" officer? That none of the officers were assigned to more than one family? You're funny.

I see you like to engage in hyperbole.

    18. Is that all you can come up with? What's wrong, not trying any more?

    19. "Is that all you can come up with? What's wrong, not trying any more?"

Is that all YOU can come up with? Tell me where in that statement that it says each family got its own officer.

You don't have an answer to that, do you?

  4. Why would the US military ignore 9-11 and other crimes?

These excerpts from 8 hours of interview of Kay Griggs show one reason

actually the kabbalah predates soviet, chinese communist, or North Korean....

    "Mind Control" affect political "CHANGE"...
    {hijacking Nations}.....and other purposes...

The behavior control program was motivated by Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind control techniques. The CIA originated its first program in 1950 under the name BLUEBIRD. MKULTRA officially began in 1953. . .

so what was the bourne legacy about, anyway....

    money or drugs...

  6. "...It has a history and many years of refinement behind it."

    You're very right Kenny.

For brutal operations that stay short of all-out combat, the US probably "refined" their Gladio techniques on their own workers in the first half of the 20th century. Since Pat Buchanan is crowing the end of organized labor in America this week, I hope some of us at least can remember one of Hometown Gladio's Greatest Hits:

  7. I found the recent, new Richard Cottrell book on Gladio (it's on Amazon) to be an eye-opener, as it incorporates a lot of the recent Italian investigative and academic work on the topic. Also of interest (to me at least), a recent discussion - probably still ongoing - at the Deep Politics Forum noted links between Gladio and the notorious European outfit Permindex, the latter of which Clay Shaw was linked to circa the Garrison investigation into the JFK murder. Some researchers suggested Permindex was a psy-op/fabrication, but HSCA documents turned up a few years back that confirmed its existence. The best factual overview of Permindex is reportedly in Paris Flammonde's JFK book.

Also, if you Google 'Gladio Rand Corporation' you'll find some pages that note links of personnel between the two. Rumsfeld was a NATO guy in the area circa the early 70's European Gladio attacks, then was the head of the Rand Corp prior to him returning to office in G. W. Bush's scummy administration. A Rand Corp initiative from the early 70's onwards was to release a public 'study' supposedly whipped up by their internal think tanks that purported to annually examine terrorist events and terrorists, an interesting task for a group itself potentially linked to Gladio, the latter of which obviously never received a mention in the annual study.

Kevin Coogan, author of DREAMER OF THE DAY (a study of post-war fascist Francis Yockey) was quoted on some radio show a few years back as having completed a study of 'Gladio circles in the USA', but it's apparently never been published. The show read a long excerpt from it and cited it as being unpublished when they discussed it, and I've never heard word of it since.

  8. Obama politicizes vigil in Newtown

  9. More questions...

    A LIBOR connection???

  10. ...hmmmm, just like the father of the batman shooter, right? Wasn't he the guy who invented the software that detected the fraud?

Kenny, I don't know who with any brains seriously considers believing the MSM story on this shooting. I myself said "perhaps the kids weren't killed" because I saw no evidence that they were. I don't doubt that these vicious psychopathic bastards are capable of mowing down 20 little kids, but they might also kidnap them and torture them until they could be sacrificed in some satanic ritual on Dec 21st.

I think Timster is right - don't believe anything those in power tell you.

  12. Checkout this video at about the 3:50 mark and you see that DHS had a dry run or rehearsal 9-17-2010.
