Mercy Me

Our country is run by criminals. They commit atrocities, start wars, have stockpiles of nuclear weapons and waste that could kill us all.

They also will send 84 year old nun Megan Rice and her two co-conspirators Michael Wallito and Greg Boertje-Obed to prison for breaking into the Oak Ridge Y-12 nuclear weapons plant and writing a message on the wall. They actually did the complex a favor by showing that its security sucked.

KNOXVILLE — A nun was ordered to spend 35 months in prison and her co-defendants will have to spend 62 months under sentences imposed Tuesday by a U.S. district judge for their roles in a July 2012 break-in at the Y-12 nuclear weapons plant.

Rice asked U.S. District Judge Amul R. Thapar to put her in prison for life.
Thapar declined.

“I just can’t accommodate you on that,” Thapar told her.
The judge did observe, however: “We judge actions, not viewpoints. There is no question these actions violate the law.”

He added: “No man or group is above the law.”

During the hearing Tuesday, an attorney for Walli told Thapar they broke into the plant to bring attention to nuclear proliferation. more
They believed to this day that it was a miracle from God that they even got into the building” said their lawyer. The DA growled that they are 'incorrigible.' A radical Nun???

These folks are not the paid provocateurs Pussy Riot. We hear plenty about them don't we? But that's the bad bad Russians and Putin repressing protest. Here in the good old USA we are much more fair in our treatment of protesters, aren't we? But we do send an ancient nun and two more senior citizens, one a decorated Vietnam vet, to jail for extended periods for acts of conscience. These three by all appearances are sincere and hold strong and just convictions. Maybe with good behavior they will get out early and live to speak out again.

Will Maddona, Gaga, Bono and the Hollywood 'activists' take up the cause of the "Oak Ridge Three?" Nope.....

There is support from some though.....

  1. I commend to all the following book: https://wipfandstock.com/store/Resistance_and_Contemplation_The_Way_of_Liberation

  2. For Christians there is a higher law than man's. The nun should know this. That is why faith is the foundation of actions and also of results of actions. The US government is a criminally run one, that is why there is so much injustice and also why justice cannot be expected in reality. A Christian of faith can be used for good purposes anywhere he is placed. Does God allow suffering? Yes. Would prayers be wanted for help? Yes. Faith relies on the power of prayer, but God answers in his own way. Two Christians who lived almost all their lives this way were persecuted by Communists for the actions and results of their faith.
    Sabina Wurmbrand
Co-Founder of the Voice of the Martyrs
"During occupation Romania during World War II, Sabina’s parents, two sisters, and one brother were killed in Nazi concentration camps and in the ensuing years the couple spent their time rescuing Jewish children from ghettos that they were forced to live in by the Nazi regime. They also taught in bomb shelters and were arrested several times for underground Christian activities. "

"After the war a million Russian troops poured into Romania, enabling the Communists to seize power. As the communists attempted to control the churches for their own purposes, Richard & Sabina Wurmbrand immediately began an effective “underground” ministry to their enslaved people and the invading Russian soldiers."

"So effective was the work of the Wurmbrands that Richard was eventually arrested in 1948 after which he spent a total of 14 years in Communist prisons, three of those years in solitary confinement, suffering much at the hands of his captors. Not many women have had their faith tested like Sabina Wurmbrand. Though she suffered much sorrow and loss during the war and post-war years, she never gave up her faith. During Richard’s imprisonment, Sabina selflessly helped the persecuted church while struggling herself for survival for her and her young son. Sabina was eventually arrested and spent three years in Romanian slave labor camps and prisons, leaving her young son to live on the streets. After being released, she spent several years under house arrest. The Communist leaders offered her freedom if she would divorce her husband and renounce her faith. She refused. They then told her that her husband died in prison. She would not believe the report and kept a hope alive that she would see her husband again someday."

  3. You get to the heart of the matter when you contrast the media/celebrity attention given to pussy riot theatrics vs. the real honest activism of the Oak Ridge three which goes unreported.

Can you imagine if Syria or Ukraine dared to jail a nun for the same type of activism..........western hypocrisy is off the charts.

  4. Didn't some of these gals just get out of prison for doing these stunts in a church?

The security guards were in no mood for 'pussy riots!'

Wonder if 'Boner,' Madonna and other multi-billionaires will ride to their rescue again?

This should be worth another record contract in the West, no?

The title is misleading, didn't look like 'horsewhips' to me.

Guess I'm depraved, since I got a laugh out of watching these paid provocateurs getting their asses kicked.

    1. PR's official vid. Checkbook punk.

    2. I was watching part of I am Curious Yellow - and there's a scene in there where the actors are desecrating a church ceremony. I am fairly sure that's the movie I saw it in - it reminded me of these Pussy Riot women. I cannot fathom how shoving a supermarket chicken up your nether regions has anything to do with politics or feminism. Just a gigantic distraction.

  5. US judicial mockery at work here. Legal precedents being set which sanction real crimes!

Black Who Randomly Attacked People on Trains is Spared Jail After Saying He Only Did It Because He is Black
    Daily Stormer
    February 19, 2014
"I hope that more black people will be able to avoid punishment for violent crimes by claiming they only did it because they are black in the future. Eric Holder is doing a good job working toward this in America. Once we officially declare that blacks are allowed to commit acts of violence against anyone and not be punished, because they are black, the conversation about race can finally begin." [Sarcasm!]

If you can have an alcoholic white teenager so rich his parents give him his own mansion in Texas commit vehicular homicide by intoxication and skated because of “afluenza” then you can have a black kid do violence and skate because of angry black young man syndrome
Love your newspaper — it is hilarious!

  6. I laughed when I saw them get a face full of pepper spray, was it wrong of me?

If that keeps up, Soros is going to have to double their pay scale.

  7. I have filmed and talked to nuclear plant opponents in Bratteboro, Vermont. I talked with the head of the Richmond New Hampshire police department. That department has one or two officers for the entire town. He told me that the "drill" siren going off used to be for drills, now they are for actual emergencies occurring all the time at Vermont Yankee Nuclear plant. He said if the public knew what was going on they would want to be at least 50 miles away. I have bought Iodine just in case and am saving up for a radiation counter. The ancient and leaking Nuclear Power Plant near New York City is another potential Fukushima. Imagine the havoc that could cause the world's banking elite and their den of evil, Wall St.
